WARRANTY and SUPPORT
You are assured of 2 weeks warranty after the Go Live of your website. This means that we can still cater minor changes, however, limited to the agreed project design scope. If you get a monthly subscription of our managed services, support and change request is included already in your monthly fee. In the absence of maintenance agreement, we charge a minimal fee of $75 to cover up to 3 kinds of changes after the warranty expires. Unlike with other competitors, your bill is hourly running as they charge you on a per hour basis for post-launch changes and support request.
